The NeverEnding Story is a song that is featured during the opening credits of The NeverEnding Story movie (though not in the original German version). It was composed by Giorgio Moroder, with lyrics by Keith Forsey, and performed by Limahl (while he was lead singer of Kajagoogoo) and Beth Anderson. The song was released as a single in the mid-1980s and could be seen in top ten pop music charts in several countries. The song was later rearranged by Joe Milner and featured in the end credits of sequel film, The NeverEnding Story II: The Next Chapter.
As expected with such an iconic song, it's featured in most of The NeverEnding Story games that were released at the time. The early platforms didn't include the song's lyrics, but when the song was later released in the Dance Dance Revolution franchise, potions of the lyrics were sung.

The NeverEnding Story (ZXS)
Fred Gray delivers an impressive sounding tune on the weak audio hardware of the Speccy. However, a couple of the notes are a bit off, and certain parts of the song don't flow as well as they could. The song plays at the game's title.
