Tyrian is a scrolling shooter where you play pilot Trent Hawkings as he battles the evil corporation, MicroSol. The game features a drawn-out story with several plot twists and as you fight through waves of enemy ships, you get more money to upgrade your ship's weapons, shields, and engine.
Tyrian's soundtrack was one of Alexander Brandon's first professional soundtracks composed while he was with Epic MegaGames. Brandon composed in AdLib Visual Composer (DOS) and his music was converted to the Loudness Sound System by the Loudness programmer Andras Molnar, who was discovered by the producer Robert Allen. The bulk of the game's music is fast-paced action songs.
The titles are official and come from the in-game jukebox. The track order is also based on the jukebox, but someone familiar with the game should re-order the songs to fit with the game's story.
A couple of songs have a custom looping structure that the AdPlug player doesn't recognize. Once AdPlug has been updated, these files should be fixed.

(Source. Brandon confirms the songs composed by Molnar as such on his Bandcamp and Facebook.)
The LDS files are concatenated in a file called Music.mus in the install folder.
The music was recorded using AdPlug v1.39 for foobar2000.
