Nobuyuki Ohnogi (NES Driver)

Nobuyuki Ohnogi is the unofficial name of the sound driver used by Game Studio. The driver was created by Nobuyuki Ohnogi after he left Namco, although he had previously created a driver with Fukashi Ohmorita while he was at Namco.
Nobuyuki had to program his sound driver and write music in 6502 assembly macros.
Release History
The first game to use Nobuyuki's new sound driver was Kidou Senshi Z-Gundam: Hot Scramble, which was only released in Japan. The last game to use it was Family Circuit '91, which was also one of Nobuyuki's last games. The driver was used mostly in Japan-exclusive games. The only two games released outside of Japan were two of the Wizardry games, both released in the US.
Output
Nobuyuki Ohnogi's sound driver outputs only to the RP2A03. The game Family Circuit '91 utilizes the Namco 163 technology, but its sound is never used.
