The game contains only one tune - modified version of the Queen's Vultan's Theme. This great song is repeating in the menu. The song sounds very similar to the Airwolf theme.
+
The game's only song is the Apache Strike Theme which plays at the the title screen, and sounds to be a combination of the Airwolf Main Theme and Vultan's Theme (Attack of the Hawk Men).

This is rearranged version of the Macintosh tune. Arranger did a nice work creating sound for Commodore platform, so its quality is much better than original game music.

The HVSC (High Voltage SID collection) suggests that Chris Teslak was an arranger, because he is credited in DOS version and both ports were made by the same company the same year. But we don't know if Chris knew Commodore audio programming, as we don't have his contacts, so this remains unknown.

HVSC also doesn't credit Queen. The game doesn't credits an arrager.

Apache Strike
Apache Strike - C64.jpg
Platform: Commodore 64
Year: 1989
Developer: Activision, Inc.
For another games from this series, see Apache Strike.

Apache Strike is a flight simulator, where you are flying over the city streets (in the cut scenes the real world towns like Novgorod and Orlov are mentioned) on Apache helicopter and fighting against different technic (tanks, another helicopters, etc.)

The story of actual Commodore version of game wasn't described, but it's the same with DOS and Macintosh releases.

The game looks awful because of the difficult gameplay сontrolling, but it use really true 3D engine and very good music.
