Yoshiaki Inose is a Japanese video game programmer that worked for Tecmo. He also designed one of the first sound drivers used at Tecmo for their NES games. Coincidentally, his family name is a mixture of the letters that spell out "Noise", which was an alias he used.
Inose currently works at Personal Happiness Co., Ltd.
