Jun Funahashi is a Japanese composer who worked for Konami. He started with music composition in the late 1980's and also helped Konami improve their NES sound driver. He continued writing music for Konami's games up until around 2000 when he became the music director for Konami Computer Entertainment Hawaii, Inc. He currently lives in Buffalo Grove, Illinois with his wife Tomoko, and is still composing music and sound for games to this day. Funahashi is also fluent in American English.
