I Scream is an unreleased track composed for Commander Keen V. Bobby Prince composed this tune using Sequencer Plus Gold.
The music sounds very much like any normal level music used in the game, so chances are it was simply unused because there were already enough songs used in the game strengthened e.g. by the fact that Rock Me, But Don't Stone Me! remains unused in the game files.
The song was named "iscream" in the archive supplied by John Romero, but the whether this is the complete official title is not known.
The song Space Funk in Commander Keen VI uses a faster version of the same melody.
