You hear the Chaos Temple tune when you're inside the temple north of Cornelia Castle, where you first meet Garland, as well as the Sea Shrine where you must rescue the mermaids and defeat Kraken.

Title

There isn't an official English release of the song. The Japanese title mixes katakana, hirigana, and kanji: カオスの神殿 (Kaosu no Shinden). Kaosu is the English equivalent of "chaos" and "shinden" is the Japanese word for "temple," thus the English translation, "Chaos Temple."
