Yoshiaki Tsuruoka is a Japanese composer, sound designer, and sound programmer who worked at Bits Laboratory during their early years. He made a human voice on a consumer game console for the first time in history. His NES sound driver was used in only a few games before Hiroshi Nakamura loaned his sound driver to the company.

Yoshiaki programmed a sound driver and music was written in 6502 assembly.
