Yishen Liao (also known as Han Ming Liao) is a Taiwanese composer and sound designer. Because he composed music for several companies (including Gamtec, Chuanpu Technology, Never Ending Soft Team, Jumbo Team and Vast Fame), he may be a freelance composer. Outside of game music, Liao works as a DJ for his local radio station, also producing his own albums.
It is unknown if Liao actually directly composed for each game he wrote, or the music was sent out to be arranged by someone else, likely the game's programmer.
