Aliases
Because Yuko worked for the secretive Tose, the company forced their staff to use aliases.
In Dusty Diamond's All-Star Softball', she is simply credited as Sanosano; simply a repetition of her last name.
In Osomatsu-kun, the audio staff are credited under Hospital Instruments, and so she uses the alias Gauze Sano.
