Whisper and Mantra is the elemental palace theme and plays in the majority of the palaces including the Water Palace (except when the Water Seed is missing), the Underground Palace (after liberation), the Wind Palace (after liberation), the Fire Palace (after liberation), the Palace of Darkness (after liberation), the Gold Tower/Light Palace (after liberation), and the Moon Palace (after liberation).
This song is track 31 on the official soundtrack, but there is a second version of the song that is not included. The second version has a very minor echo added to it. It’s so similar that it’s nearly imperceptible from the original, although the differences become slightly more pronounced at about 25 seconds. The echoing version of this track plays in the Fire Palace (before liberation).
