After you finish a race in Excitebike, you are ranked according to your time and take your place on the victory stand while the Victory Stand BGM jingle plays.
The tune was composed by Akito Nakatsuka and is featured as track 5 on the Game Sound Museum ~Famicom Edition~ S-1 Bike Game Series album. It is track number 6 in the NSF rip.
