Thinking Rabbit Inc. (有限会社シンキングラビット) was a Japanese game developer and publisher. The company is known for their Soukoban series of video games. The company also worked with several other gaming companies. The company was also known for developing mystery games, some of which featured the work of Akira Komeda.

Later, some staff members of the company created their own development studios such as Giraffesoft and Dragnet.

Thinking Rabbit used Yoshikazu Yao's variant of Nintendo's Kankichi-kun sound driver.
