The Return of the Champion is the victory music once you successfully destroy Exodus and escape from his castle. The tune is heroic and exciting and a nice reward for the countless hours of grinding you have to sit through to beat the game.
The title is the translation of the title on the Ultima Mix album (覇者の帰還, Hasha no Kikan).

Ultima: Fear of Exodus (MSX2)
The song was ported to the MSX PSG which gives it a flatter sound. It is track $02 in the KSS file.
