The song plays during the game's title screen. It also plays during the cutscene where Uncle Fester discovers a secret passage into the Addams Family home where he earns an extra hit point. The song also plays during the game's ending cutscene.
An alternate version of the song exists in the game's ROM data; it is exactly the same as the one used in the game but contains a short drum intro.
Another arrangement of the theme plays when the player gets a Game Over.
