Takeo Miratsu was a Japanese composer and music arranger. He made his debut as a composer by winning the Yamaha Popular Song Contest. He composed and arranged for popular Japanese artists such as Chihiro Yonekura, Hiroshi Tamaki, Mayo Ryofu, and Shinichi Ishihara. Around 1994, he entered the game industry when he started working for Sony's development division Sugar & Rockets. Around 2005, Miratsu started working at Konami, contributing one song to some of their BeatMania series.

Sadly, on September 5, 2006, Miratsu passed away at 46 due to liver cancer.
