T&C Surf Designs: Wood & Water Rage contains three beach games: Street Skate Session, Big Wave Encounter, and Wood and Water Rage. You can choose from one of four characters in any of these events. The game was poorly made, even for a game in 1987 when you had better games such as Zelda. Plus, it doesn't help the game any that the game was published by LJN, one of the worst known game companies.
In Street Skate Session, your goal is to get to the end of the course. You must avoid obstacles such as RC cars, boxes, and pits. In Big Wave Encounter, you must surf your way to the end of the course. The third game is just a compilation of the two games.
T&C Surf Design spawned a much better sequel on the NES called T&C II: Thrilla's Surfari (NES)

Music
There's not much music, even for 1987. The main in-game theme however is pretty catchy and has even got itself some remixes and covers. The game lacks credits, but Tsukasa Masuko has given us confirmation that he composed the music and sound. He also gave us confirmation that Atlus developed the game (Their name doesn't show up in this game). He says that the main in-game tune was either supposed to be or sound like something the Beach Boys wrote (Doommaster1994 was unable to properly translate his message). This was a wise choice because of the theme of the game. Tsukasa programmed the music using his own music driver.

Tsukasa Masuko has taken credit for the music. There are no staff credits in the game, but it is unknown why. Tsukasa isn't sure why either, but guesses it was because of a contract by LJN. Atlus' name doesn't even appear in this game.
