Stuart Goldstein is an American game developer. In the late '80s, he worked for Sierra Entertainment. While he did not compose music for them, he programmed the sound drivers for the platforms they worked on
He is not related to William Goldstein, also credited in King's Quest IV: The Perils of Rosella (DOS).

Goldstein wrote the sound driver and format, SCI. He presumably also wrote the tool that converted composers' MIDI files to the format.
