Shuichiro Nakazawa is a former Japanese composer and sound designer. He started off at Seibu Kaihatsu in 1991, and went to school with another composer from the company, Go Sato. After a brief stint with Seibu Kaihatsu, he left them during the development of Seibu Cup Soccer and moved on to Taito in December 1991, where he was a part of their Zuntata sound team. There, he worked mainly on their arcade games, and is perhaps best known for the song Shinin' Queen from the game Cleopatra's Fortune. In 1998, Nakazawa left Taito as an in-house composer, but continued to work with the company on games such as Jet de GO! 2 and Darius Ocean.
Today, Shuichiro is a freelance composer, and has even composed ringtones for cellphones.
