Shinichirō Satō is a Japanese composer and sound designer. He started working for T's Music around 1991, and it appears his first project was the Genesis version of OutRun alongside Chamy Ishi, which was also his first game. The two composers worked on several projects together. He primarily worked on CD-based consoles like the PC Engine ROM2, Sega CD, and the Playstation series.
It appears Sato left T's Music in 2007, and his current whereabouts are unknown.
