Ryoichi Ohkubo was a Japanese video game developer and founder of Tomcat System. He was also the brother of composer Takane Ohkubo. While Ohkubo never composed music, he programmed sound drivers that were used in the games he worked on.

Unfortunately, Ryoichi passed away in 2016.
