Ryū Hasegawa is a Japanese composer who worked on one game developed by Kemco. He also worked on a couple titles for the LaserActive.

Because Ryu did not know NES programming, he sent his compositions to Hiroyuki Masuno who arranged his compositions using his sound driver.
