Rolf Weber was an American composer and sound designer who worked for Brian A Rice Inc.. He composed exclusively for Sega consoles, mainly the Genesis. He usually worked with Clifford Falls. Weber was also credited in a couple games for art.

Unfortunately at an unknown date, Rolf passed away from brain cancer.
