Pure Sound (stylized as PURE SOUND Inc., 株式会社ピュアサウンド) is a Japanese audio group that specializes in music and sound effects in video games. The group was founded in 1993 by Kiyohiro Sada, formerly of Natsume and Konami. Pure Sound also specializes in providing audio engines for various platforms and devices. The company also produced free music for the collection Sound PooL. The company is perhaps best known for its involvement with the Dept. Heaven and Summon Night series, and even worked on the Oracle titles for The Legend of Zelda series.

Kiyohiro Sada programmed the sound driver. He said this about creating music on the Game Boy Color:

The group used a variant of Kankichi-kun by Nintendo, reprogrammed by Sada for their own needs.
