Power of Anger is a song from the Life Force / Salamander games. It was composed by Miki Higashino and first heard in the original arcade release of the game. The title comes from the Salamander ~Again~ album.

The original arcade game features Miki Higashino's composition rendered on the YM2151, VLM5030, and K007232 audio chips. The song plays in the game's first stage. It is not known who arranged Higashino's music for the game.

The NES port of Power of Anger was arranged by Shinya Sakamoto, Satoe Terashima, and Hidenori Maezawa. Atsushi Fujio most likely wrote the sound code for the port. Like the arcade release, the song plays in the first stage which the game manual calls "Cell Stage 1".

Salamander for the MSX features several new songs, but Power of Anger remains the same for the opening stage. The arranger is unknown since the game lacks credits. The title on the official MSX soundtrack album incorrectly labels this song as Planet Ratis.
