Oxford Digital Enterprises Ltd. was an English game development studio. It was founded in 1983 when developer David Pringle met Gareth Blower. The company originally developed computer games, but later started developing for the SNES. The company was bought by Empire Interactive in 1993. In North America, the company was infamous for its SNES conversion of the arcade classic Space Ace.
Some of the key members of the group included Richard "Champie" Horrocks, Adrian "Ade" Barritt, Richard Yapp, and Saul Marchese.

For The Amazing Spider-Man, Steven Green wrote the music in Protracker.
SNES
The company used a sound driver by Nick Pavis of Blue Turtle. Due to the channel allocation, the driver appears to play converted MIDI files. Most of these games were composed by George Villiers.
