Nobuyuki Akena started working at Konami around 1993 during their SNES development. He started off working with the likes of Kazuhiko Uehara, Tomoya Tomita, and Hideto Inoue. As time went on, Akena started to do less music for Konami and instead was credited as a sound director. He worked on his last game in 2010, and it appears he left the company around this time.
