Neil Higgins sold Commodore 64 software to English Commodore Disk User magazine in the late 1980s.

Higgins arranged songs in Ubik's Musik. In VICE 3.2, they sound best with the model 6581 (ReSID) and a bias of around 50, though how close this is to what Higgins heard is unconfirmed.
Regarding sound effects, he programmed The Sound FX Kit for the general public. His own game seems to use a very early driver.
