Ms. Pac-Man was one of the few NES games that had two releases by two different developers; one by Now Production, and an unlicensed version developed by Tengen. This version of the game was created entirely by one person according to the game's ROM text; Naoki Higashio.

In this game, you play as Pac-Man's wife Ms. Pac-Man. Like her husband, Ms. Pac-Man must eat all of the power pellets that are all throughout the level. Along the way, the player will get to take a break with some short cutscenes of Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man's developing relationship.

Music

Since this was a conversion of an early arcade game, there's not much to expect in the audio department. There are only four songs and the rest are just sound effects. The game itself lacks credits but the game's rom text has the name "Naoki Higashio" in it. It can be assumed that he also wrote the music and sound effects. However, it is unknown who composed the original arcade version's music.
