Monster Dance plays in Famicom Grand Prix II: 3D Hot Rally when playing as the Monster (モンスター) vehicle. The song title comes from the official soundtrack 3D Hot Rally. The song was composed by Soyo Oka. However, it is unknown if she arranged her own composition into Music Maker, or if it was done by Hideki Kanazashi who composed the rest of the music, as he was experienced with the program. It is likely that he is the arranger, but verification should be made.

The soundtrack CD also features an arrangement of the song by Masao Hiruma.

The album 3D Hot Rally says this about the song.

It is time to pierce the azure atmosphere with countless blades that shine in the morning light or silver. Released from a heavy slumber, the monster awakens. It catches the earth with its thick, taut hind legs and runs off, leaving a roaring sound behind. The rough and refined muscles are surprisingly quick and graceful in their movements. So the story of the god of faraway lands comes to life here.

Or maybe they got invisible wings to leap over the surface of the earth.
