Miyuki Uemura is a Japanese composer who worked for Tose. It appears she worked for them from 1992 to 1993 before retiring from the game industry. She mainly composed for the NES and SNES, with her best known works outside of Japan being Tetris 2 for the NES and Yoshi's Safari for the SNES.

In Yume Maboroshi no Gotoku, some of the developers' last names' kanji are switched around, so Uemura (上村) becomes Murakami (村上).
