Mikiko Suzuki is an unofficial name of the sound driver used in the game Snow Brothers (NES). It is assumed to have been programmed by Mikiko Suzuki, because of the other two composers credited in the game denying their involvement with the NES version.

Release History

The driver was only used in one game; Snow Brothers for the NES, which is also one of the rarest titles for the console. It came out in USA, Europe, and Japan.

Output

The driver outputs to the RP2A03 and does not use the DPCM channel. It is unknown how the driver sounds on PAL consoles because there is no known ROM dump of the game, but it is assumed the usual PAL standards in that it plays a half-step lower and slower than in NTSC.

Frequency Registers

The driver is similar to other drivers such as Jeroen Tel's, in which the low frequency bytes are displayed before the high frequency bytes.
