The game uses the "M" format for music, and VOC format for sound. One of the sounds, "SPHINX13.VOC", uses a malformed file header BullShit Voice File instead of "Creative", which most players expect. It could be an easter egg from the developers.

Xeen extractor was used to extract the music, sounds, and drivers.
