Mathieu Stempell is a French chiptune composer. He has walked a long path since he started with sampled music in 1993. He belongs to the founders of the Atari ST Chipmusic association "YM Rockerz".

Atari ST

Stempell composed music using various trackers like ProTracker, Fasttracker II and Soundtracker.

He currently uses gWem's maxYMiser tracker.

Game Boy Color

On Aeon: Metal Fighters, according to Dune team member named "mic", Stempell used Digital Impact's music tracker for Windows, which was painful to use.
