MTV: Remote Control is a game based on the show of the same name. The character gets to compete with two other computer players. The game was developed by RSP, Inc. who was also known for developing another game show game on the NES and two Sesame Street games. There's an easter egg in the game to view the game developers; While at the character select screen, name the first contestant PLEASE, the second contestant 'SHOW' and the third contestant 'RSP' (Please Show RSP). This will reveal the game developers (from left to right) Mike Riedel, who was the main programmer, Remington Emin, who did the graphics, and Eric Shefferman, who was an assistant programmer. For some reason, the music composer of the game, Nick Scarim doesn't appear in this easter egg. One reason may be because there are only three contestant spots, or the developers didn't think Scarim did the least of the work or Scarim asked not to be in it.

Music

While the game only has one song, it is good because it is the actual theme song to the show and it is about two minutes long so it doesn't get annoying. While the game has a cheat to access the credits, it doesn't credit the composer. The owner of the RSP, Inc., Mike Riedel, confirmed that Nick Scarim did the music for the game.

Credits

(Verified by staff, game lacks credits)

Similar to Win, Lose Or Draw (NES), there is a cheat to show the game developers. However, also like Win, Lose or Draw, Nick Scarim isn't credited. Also, only the game developers' faces are shown, not their names.
