The NES version of Hillsfar uses the song for the same purpose as the PC-9801 version. However, there is no music at the shooting range, so the song does not play there. The song plays much faster than the PC-9801 original.

The song was arranged to the NES by Yoshio Kobayashi, who sequenced the music on a PC-8001 mkII computer. It was programmed into sound code by the game's programmer, Kazuhisa Mitani.
