Kousuke Yamashita is a Japanese professional composer and musician.
Kosuke attended the Tokyo College of Music, where he studied under the late Kentaro Haneda, and became a film music composer. In 2008, he composed the music to the morning drama by NHK "Hitomi". He has also wrote the music to anime such as Digimon Cross Wars and Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger. Around 1997, Yamashita started working for Koei, where he composed the music to many games in the Nobunaga's Ambition series.
He is currently a part of the music group Concordia.
