Kids Run Through the City is the standard town theme that is heard in South Figaro, Mobliz, Nikeah, Kohlingen, and Jidoor. It has a warm lofty air to it that fits the slow-paced nature of the safe towns. It is used in Strago's victory cutscene in the World of Ruin.

The very first note of the song can be heard in the old Kohlingen woman's flashback to the good old days. This is probably comes from the game engine being unable to load a map without music, and having to turn it off afterward.
