Kenzou Kumei is a Japanese musician. He composed music for Thinking Rabbit. He is best known for composing the soundtrack to the NES game 8 Eyes. Kumei is also an accomplished mandolin player.

For his NES music, Kumei probably wrote the music on sheet music paper, which was given to Thinking Rabbit for their programmers to implement into the game.

Aliases
In Kyonshies 2 (FC), he is credited under the name Danjiri Danjiri Kumu Kumu. It is currently unknown what "Danjiri" means, but "Kumu" is most likely a shortening of his surname. Hiroyuki Imabayashi identified the alias as belonging to Kenzou.
