Kazuhiko Uehara is a Japanese composer and sound designer. He started working for Konami around 1986. He and Hideo Kojima joined the same time and were both assigned to the MSX division of the company. He was also involved with the SCC sound source for the MSX. As a result of being a part of the company's sound team, he was a part of the Konami Kukeiha Club. When Konami started work on the SNES, he moved on to that console. Around this time, he started to get credited more often as a sound producer. Around 2003, he started working as a producer for Konami, and stopped working on audio at the company. He stayed with the company after it had acquired Hudson Soft. He has since held various managerial positions with the company.
He is married to Yuko Kurahashi, who was also a composer for Konami.
