Just Snoopin' Around is played in the level Gravitational Damping Hub. It has a wonderful buzzing melody with a high pitched pipe harmony that mischievously flow along with a baseline, and then abruptly stop for a few beats to let a brief hi-hat interlude play.
The song was composed using Sequencer Plus Gold and was written from the ground up for the Sound Blaster FM synthesizer. Bobby Prince has confirmed the title.
