JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler, also known as simply FFDec, is an open source SWF file editor. It allows to modify and extract various assets from Macromedia / Adobe Flash files, including audio - MP3 and WAV (encoded with PCM or Flash IMA ADPCM) formats are supported.
