Izuho Numata (better known as Ippo), formerly known as Izuho Takeuchi (竹内 出穂) is a Japanese composer and sound designer, known for her works at Sega. She started off around 1988 working on their Sega Master System and Game Gear titles, and spent a majority of her career working on the Sega Genesis. In addition, she provided the voice of the titular character in Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle (GEN).
Izuho married Taito graphic artist Kazuhiro Numata.
