Ingame! pensively plays until all clocks stay at 12, time falls below 000, or you press SPACE. Level 01 is the only one where the song has enough time to loop.
Title
Hutzelmann's own release spells "INGAME!"
Composition
The starting drumbeat may imitate the tick-tock of a clock. Hutzelmann arranged the song in his then-favorite editor, Soundmaster v3.1.
The drums and bass sound different on every 6581 chip because they use SID's unstable low-pass filter. HVSC states that Hutzelmann's music is meant for the more stable 8580 revision. For recording, level 01 was watched:
- on a real C64C PAL with an 8580 R5 4091.
- in VICE 3.9 with C64 PAL and a bias of 80.
In the rip, the song is track 3.
