International Game Technology (known as IGT) is an American game developer known for their slot machines. They are the largest gambling game developer in the world. The company started in the 1950's, but didn't become public until 1981. They started with creating video poker games. They are the leading developer in slot machines and other casino-related gaming products. The company is large, as it holds over 4,500 employees, 59 locations in six countries, though their main development studios are in Reno, Las Vegas, and San Fransisco.
IGT also has a subsidiary titled DoubleDown Interactive, located in Seattle, Washington.
Because IGT is a developer of gambling software and games, their games do not contain a staff list.
