Hiroyuki Togo (better known as Togo or Togo-chef) is a Japanese composer and sound designer. He started working on games in the early 1990's, working for companies such as Technos Japan and KID. In 1998, he joined Konami, where he worked on their popular Bemani series, as well as its spinoffs. He not only served as a composer and arranger for these games, but also served as a sound director as well.

In 2006, he departed Konami and started his own business, Studio Bongo Mango. He continued to remain active in the industry, but eventually shut down the studio in 2015. Since 2022, he has been running Studio Izit, still providing music and sound for video games.
