Hiroshi Ogawa was a Japanese composer and sound designer. He started working for Nihon Bussan around 1988. He started out composing music for their adult mahjong games for the arcade. He was later the primary composer for their F1 Circus series. He left the company around 1995.

Hiroshi used Cream's version of Nintendo's Kankichi-kun sound engine, the Ver S1.20 version. Due to his credit in Super F-1 Circus 2 as "Sound Manipulator", Ogawa most likely used the driver himself, rather than have someone arrange his music into the sound engine.
