HIGHWAYS.ROL file is located at the root directory of the software, it is the same file as in AdLib (DOS).

While the ROL format outputs to the FM Synthesis, it was played back with Sound Club's built-in software synthesizer on the Gravis Ultrasound GF1 sound chip, which otherwise does not support FM synth.
