Gregg Barnett is an Australian game programmer who worked for Beam Software and was one of the founders of Teeny Weeny Games. He designed the first version of the sound driver for the NES at Beam. His version of the sound engine was tuned at 451.1 Hz, which was later modified by Neil Brennan to be 442.1 Hz.
